1.2 Embroidery by TM - designs by Teresa s.r.o. may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that Embroidery by TM - designs by Teresa s.r.o. believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.

2. Purchases – Services and personal data

2.1 With purchase on our site please be aware and voluntarily agree that we need to collect information about you in order to complete your order. Without this information, purchase can not be completed. By purchasing our designs, you agree to collect this information.
We collect and maintain your personally identifiable information as your name, e-mail address, billing address, company name, product selections, payment information, tax number if the customer is a VAT payer order number, referring URL, IP address.

2.2 We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report Non-Personally Identifiable Information to our advertisers, and to monitor the level of activity on our site.

2.3 You agree that all information you provide when purchasing or creating an account is true and voluntary.

2.4 The service to facilitate payment and completion of the purchase can be by third parties. You consent to this by providing your information.

2.5 By law, you have right to change information in your account, you have right to request the deletion of all personal information we are also required to provide free information about your personal information that we have collected.

2.6 All transactions are processed through a gateway Paypal provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

There are no third-party offers and products on our site.

3. Availability and Errors

3.1 We reserve the right to change and update our product information and our website at any time. We can fix bugs and deficiencies at any time.

3.2 All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

4. Create an account

4.1 When creating an account, you are guaranteed to provide true information about yourself. If you provide false information or you will not update your account, your account will be terminated with us.

4.2 You accept responsibility for handling your account, you will protect your password and will not provide your account to third parties.

4.3 Once your account has been compromised, you will immediately notify us of this fact.

4.4 We reserve the right to refuse a service , create an account, cancel an account, or modify an account. Account closure occurs when false account information is detected or unethical and rude behavior on the part of the customer against the seller.
We are people and we deal with each other with respect.
In no case will we respect insults against nationality, country or culture of other countries.

4.5 You can close the account any time.

4.6 If you create an account and do not use it for more than 1 year ( the time since your last purchase) , it will go into silent mode and must be reactivated. If you have any problems logging into your account, please contact us by email.

The first purchase of any amount must be made within 1 month of account activation or the account will be cancelled, as will the group membership.This is to prevent "silent" accounts (accounts that are created and approved but not used and I have to pay fees for these inactive accounts. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Indemnity

7.1 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Company, its employees, directors and related entities harmless from and against any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of these Terms of Use by you or in connection with your use of the Website .

7.2 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to adjust these terms at any time.

8. Online Dispute Resolution for EU customers
8.1 https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show Embroidery by TM - designs by Teresa s.r.o. is not obliged or willing to resolve disputes before a consumer arbitration board.
